王亮生,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。 |
1985年获湘潭大学学士学位,1995年获华东师范大学硕士学位,2001年获日本鹿儿岛大学博士学位。2004年4月到植物所工作。现任中国花卉协会牡丹芍药分会常务理事、中国园艺学会理事、中国园艺学会小浆果分会理事;植物研究所北京植物园常务副主任,中国科学院北方资源植物重点实验室副主任。在The Plant Journal、Molecular Ecology、Journal of Chromatography A、Journal of Functional Foods、Food Chemistry等期刊上发表SCI收录论文35篇,获得授权发明专利3项。已培养博士5名、硕士20名,正在指导博士生4名、硕士生5名。 主要研究工作: 1.资源植物收集、评价与可持续利用 重点收集芍药科芍药属(牡丹和芍药)、莲科莲属(荷花)、睡莲科睡莲属(热带睡莲和耐寒睡莲)、小浆果(蓝莓、蓝靛果、黑加仑、树莓、枸杞)等野生资源和特色品种资源,并对其生物学特性、农艺性状、品质特性进行系统评价,探讨其全株利用的途径,开发其观赏、果用、茶用、药用、香用、油用、景观提升、环境修复等新产品、新技术和新工艺。 2.花色花香形成机制与花卉遗传育种 系统调查我国十大传统名花等重点植物类群的色素和香气成分,测定其生物活性,阐明花色和花香形成的化学基础、分子机制及其遗传规律,开发与花色、花香、花型、花期、株型、抗逆性紧密关联的高效分子标记,构建核心种质,开展花卉定向杂交育种和分子设计育种,开发类黄酮(含花青素苷)遗传代谢组学辅助和分子标记辅助选择育种的新方法和新技术,选育花色、花香等新品种,推动天然色素、香气成分及其它功能成分的高值利用。 主持的科研项目: [1]“牡丹分子育种与品种创制”,“十二五”农村领域国家科技计划课题(863计划)(2011.01-2015.12),研究任务负责人。 [2]“睡莲类黄酮糖基转移酶基因克隆及功能验证”,国家自然科学基金面上项目(2015.01-2018.12),项目主持人。 [3]“利用细菌宿主生产来自浆果的生物活性酚”,欧盟第七框架项目(2013.11-2016.11),中方负责人。 [4]“武陵山区生物多样性综合科学考察:武陵山西部植物考察”,科技部科技基础性工作专项课题(2014.05-2019.04),课题主持人。 [5]“华北地区本土植物清查与保护”,中国科学院科技服务网络计划(STS计划)(中国植物园联盟建设专项研发与联合攻关服务)(2013.06-2016.05),子课题主持人。 研究论文(注*为通讯作者): 2018 Li SS, Wu Q, Yin DD, Feng CY, Liu ZA*, Wang LS*. 2018. DJORDJEVIC博士,应王亮生研究员邀请来北京植物园进行关于豆科植物次生代谢产物及其功能方面的学术交流,作了题为“Identification and characterisation of new bioactive molecules that regulate angiogenesis”的学术报告。 [5] 2010年12月1日-7日,王亮生研究员应日本东京农工大学邀请,参加了第2届FOLENS国际研讨会(The 2nd International Symposium of FOLENS (Field-Oriented Leaders in Environmental Sectors) in Tokyo),并参观了日本国立科学博物馆筑波实验植物园,与该植物园岩科司教授交流了植物代谢组学与化学分类领域的研究进展。 [6] 2014年5月6日-10日,王亮生研究员、魏伟副研究员应葡萄牙机械工程研究所Susana Vinga教授邀请,赴葡萄牙里斯本参加了欧盟第七框架项目“利用细菌宿主生产来自浆果的生物活性酚”项目(BacHBerry项目)进展汇报会,交流了蓝莓、枸杞色素分析领域的研究进展。 [7] 2015年4月21日-25日,王亮生研究员、苏上博士生应英国詹姆斯赫顿研究所(The James Hutton Institute)邀请,赴英国邓迪市参加了BacHBerry项目进展汇报会,与8个国家的合作团队进行了交流,全面了解了其它国家在小浆果酚类合成生物学领域的最新进展。 |
