博士,副研究员。2013年毕业于中国科学院动物研究所,获理学博士学位。2013年起进入中国科学院北京生命科学研究院生态基因组学及适应性研究组工作,任助理研究员。2018年起任副研究员。发表SCI论文29篇,其中以第一作者或共同第一作者/通讯作者身份在Nature Communications、GigaScience、PLoS Genetics、Insect Biochem Mol Biol、BMC Genomics、Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Insect Science等期刊发表论文9篇。作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金项目2项(青年项目和面上项目),并作为项目骨干参与中国科学院前沿科学重点研究计划。

研究领域:

基于基因组学、生物信息学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、昆虫行为学等多学科交叉融合策略的昆虫表观基因组学研究。主要以飞蝗为实验模式系统,结合日益增长的昆虫基因组学数据,采用比较基因组学的研究思路,揭示表观调控在昆虫环境适应和表型可塑发生过程中的作用,为控制害虫危害提供理论基础。
