万晓华，博士，副研究员。主要研究方向为高性能计算和生物信息。2012年获得中国科学院计算所博士学位，博士论文为“电子断层三维重构算法优化研究”。2012年7月留所在前瞻研究实验室担任助理研究员，2012年12月-2014年9月在University of California, San Diego 作为博士后访问学者进行交流。

主要从事冷冻电镜图像处理的相关研究，特别在三维重构算法、大规模图像并行处理方面作出了一系列研究成果，相关算法及软件已经在University of California, San Diego、San Diego SuperComputing、Direct Electron、National Center of Biotechnology、清华大学、中国科学院生物物理所等单位得到广泛应用，为科学家发现新的生物结构提供关键技术。至今已经在SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing (中国科学院JCR一区)、Journal of Structural Biology、BMC Bioinformatics、IEEE Transactions on Nanobioscience、IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics等国际顶级期刊和会议上发表论文18篇，其中第一或通信作者发表论文13篇。

作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项和中国科学院人才项目“青促会”1项；作为科研骨干，参与中国科学院知识创新工程重大项目和多项国家自然科学基金。

2011年获得计算所“优秀论文”二等奖和中国科学院计算所所长特别奖学金；2012年获得中国科学院院长优秀奖；2013年入选计算所“学术百星”；2014年获得计算所“优秀研究人员”；2015年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会。
