主要从事酵母组学与基因组工程等研究工作,包括基因组编辑技术的开发,以及利用酵母群体基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和进化代谢工程等手段,进行酿酒酵母作为细胞工厂的胁迫抗性育种和机理解析。
