简 历:

2007年在西北大学获理学学士学位,2009年在中国科学院研究生院获硕士学位,2013年在德国马克思.普朗克进化人类研究所获生物演化遗传博士学位,导师Svante Pääbo。2013年2月-2014年2月德国马克思.普朗克进化人类学研究所演化遗传系做博士后,随后,2014年2月-2015年12月在美国哈佛医学院遗传系做博士后,合作导师为David Reich。现任研究员且聘为中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所古DNA实验室主任。

目前她已发表SCI论文20篇,其中以第一作者在Nature(三篇)、PNAS、Current Biology等杂志上发表论文7篇,以共同作者在Nature、Science、PNAS、The American Journal of Human Genetics、Journal of Human Evolution等SCI杂志上发表论文十几篇,论文总IF超过500,引用次数超过2000次,其中一项由其负责的研究被《自然》杂志评为'2014年度十大科学事件'之一。此外,她曾在美国冷泉港的生物基因组会议(CSHL-BOG)、国际分子生物与演化会议(SMBE)等国际重要会议上做大会报告。她善于与同事学术交流,并且已经建立起跟国际同行的深入科研合作,曾主持和参与了对田园洞、西伯利亚Denisova、Ust'-Ishim及欧洲十几个遗址地点的古DNA基因组研究,还参与了新石器时代农业对欧洲人群的影响研究。

主要从事演化遗传及群体遗传方面的研究,使用分子遗传手段了解灭绝古人类之间的关系及与现代人基因交流情况,亚洲早期现代人迁徙路线, 早期现代人与本地现在的现代人的遗传关系;通过古DNA研究,探究农业对欧洲及亚洲人群新石器时代人口转换模式的影响及地方适应性方面的研究(如眼睛颜色、肤色等选择)。
