研究员,博士生导师。1998年获北京化工大学硕士学位并进入中国科学院过程工程研究所工作,2007年获中国科学院博士学位,2010-2011年美国华盛顿大学访问学者。

研究成果已在Biomacromolecules, Bioconjugate Chemistry, Molecular Pharmaceutics,Journal of Controlled Release等国际知名期刊发表SCI收录论文35篇,其中通讯作者或第一作者22篇。主持国家自然科学面上基金2项,北京自然科学基金1项,国家重大新药创制子课题4项,中国科学院-诺和诺德联合基金1项,以及多个企业委托项目。已帮助企业完成10余种重组蛋白的工艺开发并获得应用。已独立和协助指导博士毕业生9名,硕士毕业生10名,与澳大利亚阿德莱德大学开展合作研究及博士研究生联合培养。

研究方向:

生物技术新药研发,重点领域为重组蛋白质体外质折叠及病毒样颗粒胞外自组装过程及机理;蛋白药物的聚乙二醇修饰;蛋白/多肽-药物偶联;蛋白纳米颗粒的药物装载等,并用于开发新型疫苗及靶向长效的药物递送体系。
