卢帅,博士,副研究员。2008年毕业于清华大学,2013年获得美国堪萨斯大学生化及分子生物学博士学位。同年回国后,在中国科学院过程工程研究所生化工程国家重点实验室继续从事针对重大疾病的生物技术药物的研发工作,承担或参与多项国家新药创制重大专项、国家自然科学基金和中国科学院先导专项项目。
研究方向:
包括计算机辅助结构优化设计的抗体药物、设计新型治疗性药物载体以及生物药临床前研究。正在研究的项目包含针对阿尔兹海默症等多种淀粉样蛋白疾病的抗体和疫苗等免疫治疗药物的研发。
