男,河北石家庄人,理学博士,中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所副研究员,硕士生导师,发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI论文23篇,包括JoH,JHM,JGR等地学/水文学主流期刊,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项、国家重点研发计划子课题一项,先后参加了国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、西藏水情预报系统研发项目等。
