周一青,博导,IEEE高级会员。1997年及2000年于东南大学分别获学士及硕士学位,2004年于香港大学获得博士学位。目前为中国科学院计算所无线通信技术研究中心研究员,无线通信技术研究中心副主任,负责尖端移动通信技术的研发。

周研究员在国际国内知名期刊和会议上发表论文超过50篇,其中包括以第一作者发表的IEEE系列期刊论文10篇,为书籍“先进多天线系统”(英文)的作者之一,已申请3项美国专利。担任IEEE JSAC Guest Editor,JCST、WCMC、ETT国际期刊Editor,IEEE WCNC2013 Tutorial Co-chair, IEEE SmartGridComm2012 Workshop Co-chair, IEEE GlobeCom2011 Workshop Co-chair,ChinaCom2012 TPC Co-chair,国际IMT-A通信研讨会(IWATA2009)主席,并担任Globecom,VTC,ISCIT,IWCCC等多个会议的TPC成员。
