赵岚,女,博士,1980年生。中国科学院过程工程研究所生化工程国家重点实验室副研究员,硕士生导师。本科和硕士均就读于天津大学,2004年毕业后进入中国科学院过程工程研究所工作,2012年获得中国科学院过程工程研究所生物化工博士学位。博士与工作阶段在马光辉研究员和苏志国研究员的带领下,一直从事先进生物分离材料、高性能层析(色谱)介质以及高效蛋白分离纯化技术等领域研究。在Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, Journal of Separation Science, Journal of Chromatography A和Journal of Chromatography B等重要学术期刊发表论文20余篇,申请/授权专利6项,转让专利1项,分别于2016年和2013年获得中国分析测试协会科学技术奖青年奖和一等奖。近5年来,先后主持国家自然科学青年基金“类病毒颗粒组合层析一体化介质的制备与性能研究”(No. 21306206),国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项子子课题“生物技术药物分离介质的研发和合成工艺”(No.2013YQ14040502),北京市自然科学基金面上项目“新型Nanodisc自组装色谱介质的制备及用于EV71病毒膜蛋白一步纯化和重构”(No.2172054),作为项目骨干承担国家重点研发计划“基于琼脂糖的高性能分离介质的研究开发”(No.2018YFC0311101)等多项国家和省部级课题。协助指导硕士研究生,全部发表SCI论文并顺利毕业。建立了针对疫苗、抗体、重组蛋白、酶等复杂大分子纯化介质的可控制备策略,广泛用于国内生物界科研院所、大专院校和企业,获得高度认可。

研究方向:

先进生物分离材料、高性能层析(色谱)介质以及高效蛋白分离纯化技术等领域研究。
