简历:

王振兴,研究员,博士生导师。2002年获得中国科学技术大学双学士学位,2006.02-2006.08在加拿大Alberta大学访问,2009年获中国科学技术大学博士学位,2009至2011年在北京大学做博士后研究,于2011年加入国家纳米科学中心。主要从事低维半导体材料、物理和信息器件研究,在Nano Letters,Advanced Materials等学术刊物发表110余篇,被引用3400余次,H指数34。入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员和优秀会员,曾获中科院卢嘉锡青年人才奖、北京市科技奖等奖项。
