简历:
秦克章,研究员,博士生导师。1964年出生于湖北,1985年毕业于浙江大学,1997年获北海道大学博士学位。现任矿产资源研究重点实验室主任。 研究方向为造山带演化与成矿;斑岩成矿系统;岩浆铜镍成矿作用与隐伏矿预测。发现新疆卡拉塔格铜金矿床,图拉尔根铜镍钴矿定位预测研究取得重大突破;确认沙让为西藏首例独立斑岩钼矿床且产于主碰撞阶段;提出新疆二叠纪铜镍矿床产出环境背景为地幔柱对造山带叠置;参与我国最大铜矿(驱龙)、最大钼矿(岔路口)勘探报告的编写。先后主持973青藏斑岩铜矿课题、基金重点项目、院创新新疆矿产项目、基金重大项目课题,担任国家重点科技研发项目首席科学家。发表论文200余篇(SCI 180余篇,其中第一作者与通讯作者论文90余篇),专著5部。论文被SCI、CNKI引用分别达5000、7000余次,进入地球科学全球高引用科学家之列。 数次在国际学术会议上作特邀报告,担任国际会议主席,并赴港大、浙大、中大、北大、南大、地大、合工大、地化所、广州地化所、UBC、澳洲科廷大学、北海道大学、日本地调所、日本资源地质学会等院所、国土部斑岩铜矿培训班作专题报告。指导发起成立中国首个SEG Student Chapter。获国家科技进步奖1项、部省级奖9项、中国地质学会金锤奖、中国青年科技奖。

学习及工作经历:

1985年浙江大学地球科学系学士毕业;1997年获日本北海道大学(Hokkaido Univ.)地球与行星科学系理学博士(导师:Shunso Ishihara教授)。1985起在中国有色金属工业总公司北京矿产地质研究所从事矿床地质工作,1993、1997年先后破格晋升为高工、研究员;2000年中国科学院地质与地球物理所岩石圈开放室博士后(导师:孙枢院士、李继亮研究员)出站留所工作;2002年聘为创新基地研究员;2005年赴加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学(UBC)作访问学者;2013.10-2014.2应邀作北海道大学综合博物馆特任教授。主要业绩:先后承担或参加完成了50余项国家攻关及部门重点科研项目。实地考察了我国、日本岛弧、南美安底斯山(智利、秘鲁、玻利维亚)、中亚成矿带(蒙古、俄罗斯)、北美科迪勒拉、土耳其、澳大利亚、缅甸共500余处典型矿床。1997年5-8月、2007年6-7月、2018年3-4月分别应邀作为中国有色金属工业总公司、中国五矿有色金属股份有限公司、中国铜业公司高级地质专家赴玻利维亚、智利、秘鲁考察铜金矿床,合作区块选区评价。在满洲里岩浆作用与浅成低温-斑岩Ag-Au-Pb-Zn-Cu-Mo成矿系统及选区评价、阿尔泰火山喷流沉积块状硫化物矿床、国内外大型铜(钼)矿成矿环境对比、北疆中亚型造山与成矿作用、东天山铜金镍成矿规律研究与成矿预测、冈底斯碰撞背景斑岩铜钼矿与斑公湖俯冲增生背景斑岩铜金矿特色与靶区优选、东疆早二叠世镁铁-超镁铁岩铜镍矿床形成于造山带对造山带叠置及含矿性评价、北方造山带东段复合造山与复合成矿等方面提出了新的见解。针对制约找矿突破的关键理论与技术问题组织攻坚取得突破,在勘查实践中做出了实质性贡献。主要学术贡献有:系吐哈盆地隆起带中卡拉塔格铜金矿床的主要发现人,该矿床经初步勘查评价铜、金远景可达大型规模,由此揭开一条新的铜矿带。经岩相、构造、矿体侧伏规律研究,引入浅层地震勘探,与新疆704队合作,东天山图拉尔根岩浆铜镍钴矿定位预测取得了重大突破,经钻探验证镍、钴均达大型规模,系近年来东天山最重要的找矿进展之一,现已建成矿山投产。研究确认冈底斯沙让钼矿为西藏首例独立斑岩钼矿床,具有大型以上潜力,不同于产于后碰撞背景的已知斑岩铜钼矿,而是产于碰撞背景的主碰撞阶段,这一发现具有重要的区域成矿意义与勘查导向意义。对我国最大铜矿—西藏驱龙斑岩铜钼矿的多期岩体侵入序列、蚀变矿化分带及矿化中心、宏大延深等进行系统研究,参与完成的驱龙铜矿勘探报告2011年获国土资源科技成果一等奖,代表项目作请奖答辩。带领团队解剖了班怒带多龙超大型含金斑岩铜矿,2006年提出多不杂所在的铁格隆矿集区具有高硫型浅成低温金铜和斑岩-浅成低温系统产出的地质条件,为近期荣那勘查突破所证实。带领团队完成了我国最大钼矿—大兴安岭北段岔路口斑岩钼矿的综合研究,揭示岩浆-流体转换、流体出溶与成矿过程,参与勘探报告的编写。全球大型铜镍矿床多产于克拉通内,而新疆铜镍硫化物矿床则产于中亚造山带中。提出产于塔里木早二叠世地幔柱对造山带叠置的构造环境,建立了镁铁-超镁铁岩含矿性评价准则,靶区优选及深部矿预测研究在喀拉通克、香山中等矿区得到成功应用。带领团队揭示大兴安岭北段多宝山-铜山早古生代斑岩铜矿床经历了后期改造叠加富集和断层错断,厘定了铜山断层性质和断距·争光金矿为我国最古老的中硫型浅成低温金锌矿床,开展隐伏矿预测发现厚大斑岩体和矿化体。社会任职:矿床地质杂志副主编,中国地质、地质与勘探、新疆地质、西北地质、地质资源与环境、黄金科学技术等杂志编委,以及十余份国际刊物的审稿人;中国地质学会矿床地质专业委员会委员,中国矿物岩石地球化学学会矿床地球化学专业委员会委员;国土资源部重点实验室-成矿作用与资源评价重点实验室、岩浆作用成矿与找矿重点实验室学术委员会会员;美国SEG学会区域副主席(Asia)(2016-2019)。

获得国家科技进步三等奖1项、部级科技成果一等奖5项、二等奖3项。1998年入选国家七部委跨世纪人才,1999年获政府特殊津贴。曾获中国地质学会青年科技奖银锤奖(1991)、金锤奖(1999)、中国有色金属工业金石奖(1996)、中国科学院优秀博士后(2001)、中国青年科技奖(2001)。2003年起-先后担任中国科学院研究生院、中国科学院大学高等矿床学首席教授,多次被评为国科大优秀课程、优秀教师。 1998年起-任《矿床地质》杂志副主编,现任《中国地质》、《地质与勘探》、《新疆地质》、《西北地质》、《地球科学与环境学报》编委、《黄金科学技术》副主编,以及十余份国际刊物的审稿人。曾担任新疆358项目专家委员会委员、中铝力拓(CRTX)矿产勘查公司技术委员会委员。应邀担任北海道大学Invited Professor(2013-2014)。
