张立新,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

1970年12月出生于江苏省句容市,1992年四川大学学士,1997年兰州大学博士,同年进入芬兰图尔库大学从事博士后研究,曾在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所、兰州大学工作,2000年度中国科学院“百人计划”。 2007年获国家自然科学杰出基金资助。曾任中国科学院植物研究所副所长。现任国际光合作用协会执委会委员,中国植物生理学会常务理事、生物物理学会常务理事,植物学会副秘书长。Photosynthesis Research副主编,Advance in Photosynthesis and Respiration, Molecular Plant, Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,《生物物理学报》等刊物编委。

主要研究工作:

1.光合膜复合物生成和降解的分子机理

从突变体筛选和蛋白质互作等方法筛选光合膜复合物生成和降解的调控因子,研究重要调控蛋白的作用方式和作用机制,进而阐释其相互作用的调控机理。

2.质核信号转导机理

研究叶绿体与细胞核之间信号传导的本质,以及叶绿体信号调控光合作用的分子机理,并探讨质核信号在植物生长发育中作用。
