张云华，男，1967.05出生，工学博士，二级研究员，博士生导师，中国科学院微波遥感技术重点实验室副主任、载人航天工程空间应用系统天宫二号微波成像高度计主任设计师。发表SCI期刊论文33篇、EI收录的期刊和国际会议论文149篇，获10项发明专利授权，已指导毕业博士生13名，硕士生9名。
