刘安金

刘安金,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

德国洪堡学者。2006年于华中科技大学电子科学与技术系获得学士学位,2011年于中国科学院半导体研究所获得博士学位,研究方向为单模微结构垂直腔面发射激光器。2012年到2013年受德国弗劳恩霍夫应用研究促进协会(Fraunhofer Gesellschaft)奖学金的资助在弗劳恩霍夫海因里希赫兹研究所(Fraunhofer HHI)工作,从事混合集成光子芯片研究。2013年到2015年受德国洪堡基金会(Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung)的资助在柏林工业大学纳米光子学中心Bimberg院士(5院院士)研究组工作,任洪堡博士后研究员,从事用于光互连的微纳垂直腔面发射激光器研究。2016年2月进入中国科学院半导体研究所工作,2018年12月聘为研究员。

已在Photonics Research、Applied Physics Letters、Optics Letters、Optics Express等期刊和国际会议上发表SCI/EI论文近70篇,拥有第1发明人授权美国专利1项,拥有授权中国专利12项。参加国际会议近20次,其中国际会议邀请报告2次。任Photonics Research、Applied Physics Letters、Optics Letters、Optics Express等10多个国内外光电领域一流期刊的特邀审稿人。

获得中国科学院“朱李月华”优秀博士生奖学金(2010)、中国科学院院长特别奖(2011)、中国科学院优秀博士论文(2012)、德国Fraunhofer Gesellschaft奖学金(2012)、北京市科学技术奖二等奖(2013)、德国Alexander von Humboldt博士后奖学金(2013)、中国光学工程学会创新技术奖一等奖(2016)、国家技术发明奖二等奖(2017)等奖项/荣誉。
