徐 云

徐云,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

2005年中国科学院半导体研究所毕业,获微电子与固体电子学专业博士学位。主要从事半导体激光器和半导体光电探测器的器件研究工作,以及无机可延展柔性光电子器件的研究工作。
