简历:

现任中国科学院自动化所的副研究员,硕士生导师。2006年至2008年期间在美国Emory University从事医学图像处理与分析方面的研究工作;从2009年1月起就职于中科院自动化所担任副研究员。
研究兴趣包括医学影像处理与分析,涵盖结构图像与功能图像的处理分析,脑功能神经机制研究,以及临床疾病机理研究。在国内外著名学术期刊与知名学术会议上发表文章二十余篇,多篇被SCI, EI检索。授权美国发明专利2项,授权中国发明专利1项。担任NeuroImage等期刊的审稿人。
