2005年获中南大学理学学士学位，2010年获中国科学院自动化研究所工学博士学位。现任中国科学院自动化研究所智能感知与计算研究中心副研究员，自动化所 “人工智能与机器人教育联合实验室”主任。
董晶博士主要从事模式识别、图像处理、多媒体内容安全方面的研究工作，已在国际权威期刊及学术会议上发表学术论文30余篇，申请发明专利10余项。她主持或主要参与了国家863计划、973计划，科技支撑计划、重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等20余项国家和省部级科研项目。她现为中国科学院青年创新促进会会员；中国人工智能学会副秘书长、理事；中国图象图形学学会副秘书长；中国计算机学会计算机视觉专业委员会委员，北京图像图形学学会理事、青年委员； 美国电气电子工程师学会(IEEE) 高级会员、IEEE VTools委员会委员、IEEE亚太区执委、女工程师委员会主席，IEEE北京分会执委。 她现任Elsevier Journal of Information Security and Application以及IET Image Processing国际期刊的副主编，并于2016年获 “IBM学院奖”。她多次担任本领域权威的国内外相关学术会议的论文评审与会议组织工作。
