韩琥，博士、副研究员、硕士生导师。于2005年毕业于山东大学计算机科学与技术系获学士学位，2011年毕业于中国科学院计算技术研究所(中国科学院大学，国科大)获工学博士学位。2011年10月至2015年5月作为博士后研究员在美国密歇根州立大学计算机科学与工程系从事生物特征识别技术研究；2015年1月至2015年4月作为访问研究员在美国谷歌总部从事下一代智能设备身份认证技术研究；2015年5月回国加入中国科学院计算所中国科学院智能信息处理重点实验室，被聘为副研究员、硕士生导师。

主要研究方向为生物特征识别、计算机视觉、模式识别及图像处理，专注于非可控人脸识别、多模态与跨模态生物特征识别、人脸与人口统计属性分析、人脸三维建模以及纹身等辅助生物特征识别问题的研究，近年来先后在包括IEEE T-PAMI和IEEE T-IFS等在内的领域知名国际期刊与会议上发表学术论文30余篇，其中CCF-A类期刊论文6篇（均为长文），谷歌学术引用超过510次(2016.9)。获授权国家发明专利1项，申请专利2项，人脸模拟画像识别技术授权给国际知名生物特征识别公司MorphoTrak。

近年来，先后多次担任包括ICB、IJCB、ACCV、CCBR、B-Wild、VAAM等在内的国内外知名会议的程序委员会委员，长期担任IEEE T-PAMI, T-IP, T-IFS, T-CYB, T-NNLS, Pattern Recogn., CVIU, IVCJ, Neurocomputing, WACV, CVPRW等本领域知名国际期刊与会议的审稿人；现为IEEE与CCF会员。
