中国科学院“百人计划”入选者。现任水污染控制实验室主任,兼任住房与城乡建设部农村污水处理技术北方研究中心主任、中国土木工程学会水工业分会工业给水排水委员会副主任委员、《环境工程学报》主编等学术职务。1982年毕业于哈尔滨建筑工程学院给水排水工程专业,1999年之前工作在哈尔滨建筑大学,期间,1994至1996年和1998至1999年先后两次在荷兰应用科学研究院环境科学研究所(TNO-MEP)高级访问学者和参加国际合作项目。1999年入选中国科学院'百人计划',进入生态环境研究中心工作。主要从事水污染控制过程中污染物迁移转化机制与关键调控技术研究及应用,主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家“水专项”课题、国家科技支撑计划课题、中国科学院重要方向项目等多项课题。在国内外学术刊物发表论文220余篇;主编《村庄整治技术手册--排水设施与污水处理》,组织编制我国东北、华北、西北、东南、中南、西南地区《农村生活污水处理技术指南》,编写《村庄污水处理案例集》、《村庄污水处理设施技术规程》(CJJ/T163-2011)、《户用生活污水处理装置》(CJ/T 441-2013)、《城市面源污染的控制原理与技术》等;获授权发明专利55项,计算机软件著作登记1件。 |
