现任中国科学院生态环境研究中心,环境化学与生态毒理学国家重点实验室,研究员,博士生导师;中国科学院大学资源与环境学院,教授;环化毒理国家重点实验室与大型仪器联合党支部书记。

1997年北京大学化学系学士,2005年中国科学院生态环境研究中心环境科学理学博士,2016年美国纽约州卫生部沃兹沃思中心高级访问学者。曾担任研究生会主席、研究生党支部书记等职务,获中国科学院院长优秀奖。获中国科学院“杰出科技成就奖(主要完成者)”、联合国开发计划署(UNDP)“优秀技术支持奖”、中国环境科学学会“优秀环境科技工作者奖”等奖项。

以课题负责人身份主持了多项课题研究工作,主持课题经费总额1800余万。围绕我国履行POPs公约需求,在我国二恶英管理对策,典型工业过程中UPPOPs产生机制及污染控制、二恶英等POPs环境健康影响等方面开展了系统研究。

对生活垃圾焚烧等过程二恶英阻滞原理和技术进行了系统研究,钙基阻滞技术经PCT国际专利审查被认为“具有新颖性、创造性和工业实用性”。研发了泰安生活垃圾焚烧中试基地与示范工程,该科技支撑项目结题时获得了好评。开展了二恶英等POPs的环境健康影响研究,研究了典型区域二恶英等污染物排放对周边环境的关键影响因素,探索了POPs的生物富集及迁移转化规律。长期参与环保部POPs环境管理相关研究工作,对我国的焚烧、炼钢、铁矿石烧结、再生有色、化工等企业进行了系统的二恶英等POPs的排放特征研究,完成了我国二恶英清单和排放因子的历次编制工作,部分成果被UNEP的“二恶英工具包”十余次引用。

近年来共发表了包括11篇Environmental Science & Technology在内SCI论文80余篇,文章被SCI引用1003次,单篇最高引用171次。近五年(2012-)被SCI总引用755次(他引430次),H-index为18。获PCT专利1项和发明专利10余项,发表中文论文多篇。共招收6名研究生和多名联合培养学生,有5名研究生在美国、英国、新加坡、香港继续攻读博士学位。多名联合培养学生在国内知名高校继续攻读博士学位或找到很好工作。
