简历:

何军,研究员,中国科学院大学岗位教授,博士生导师。Science Bulletin副主编,Elsevier旗下Materials Today Chemistry副主编,Elsevier旗下FlatChem编委,《自然》集团旗下杂志npj 2D materials and applications编委,英国物理学会IOP旗下Nanotechnology和Nano Futures编委。
    2003年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获工学博士学位。同年8月赴荷兰艾茵霍温科技大学(Tu/e)应用物理系做博士后。 2005年8月-2007年8月, 赴美国加州大学Santa Babara (UCSB)材料系做博士后。2007年8月-2010年10月赴美国加州大学Los Angeles (UCLA), California NanoSystem Institute (CNSI)做研究科学家。2010年11月加入国家纳米科学中心,开展了低维半导体材料及其电子光电子器件应用研究工作,组建了一支包括研究员、副研究员等工作人员6人,博士硕士生14名的科研队伍。
    已在Nature Electronics,Science Advances, Chemical Society Review,Nano Letters, Advance Materials,Angewandte Chemie International Edition,ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials,Advanced Energy Materials等国际著名刊物发表SCI研究论文140多篇。申请专利中国专利20余项,授权6项。于2016年年获北京市科学技术奖。

研究领域:

课题组致力于新型低维半导体的可控制备及器件应用研究,旨在通过材料结构设计、生长控制、性能调控及器件优化实现高性能低维硫族半导体的电子、光电子器件应用。主要从事的研究方向包括:
1)新型低维半导体纳米材料的可控制备、物性调控;
2)新型电子、光电子及光信息器件;
3)新型能源器件的制备及性能优化;
4)多体系复合材料的设计制备及其在能源、电子、光电子领域的应用。
